06. Listen to Music
No doubt, people have been feeling anxious being locked-up at home (because of the pandemic), and unemployed. Well, a good way to easy your mind is by listening to music. It does not matter the genre, only that the rhythm is to your liking, and makes you feel alive.
Throughout history, humanity has been producing all sorts of musical sounds. From whistling, to humming, to tapping, to playing full musical instruments, people have found that music can be invigorating, and very inspiring.
If you are feeling down, feel free to put some disco and hip-hop music. Start dancing to it, and let the beat guide your steps. As a matter of fact, feel free to amplify the volume enough to fill your whole house…but not too loud.
When you feel like you need to relax, put on some Jazz / Bossa Nova music. Just let the smooth sounds get you into a good mood, and start snapping away.
